Airbnb have confirmed we have now earned Superhost status 4 times in a row with a 5 star overall rating and a 100% response rate to our guests.

Our overall quality score with booking.com has also  risen from 9.6 to 9.7 this month.  This aggregation of guest reviews covers a full 2 year period and compares to an average score of 9.0 for those bed and breakfasts within our competitive set and an average 9.2 score  for all those offering accommodation in Wells.
