Our rates are per night including a continental breakfast as well as homemade cake and tea on arrival.  We have one travel cot which is available free of charge.

The Old Barn has a mini kitchen and can also be used as self catering accommodation.  If you wish to upgrade to a fully cooked Somerset breakfast, we are happy to provide this at a supplement  of £5 per person.

A minimum of two nights stay is requested between 9th April and 31st October from when including Friday or Saturday in your booking.

Prices quoted are for two people.  There is an additional cost of £30 for a third person over the age of 13 years or £15 up to the age of 13.

 

Strictly no smoking

 To confirm a booking, a deposit of the total value of the first night of your booking is required. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, this deposit will be non-refundable.
