Our rates are per room per night based on 2 people sharing including continental breakfast as well as homemade cake and tea on arrival.

If you wish to upgrade to a fully cooked Somerset breakfast, we are happy to provide this at a supplement  of £5 per person.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of the total value of the first night of your booking is required. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, this deposit will be non-refundable.

Departure time: by 10am
